By accessing or using cloudit-us.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement; if there is a conflict, the service agreement controls.
2. Our services
CLOUDIT provides outsourced accounting, FP&A, tax support, and staffing services through a Global Capability Center model, supported by proprietary AI tooling (Praxa and Celia). Content on this Site — including calculators, playbooks, and case studies — is provided for general information only and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Calculator outputs (savings and valuation estimates) are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of results.
3. Use of the Site
- You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.
4. Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Site, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. SMS/text messaging is sent only with your consent and is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains message frequency, rates, and how to opt out (reply STOP).
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, Praxa and Celia branding, playbooks, and calculators — are owned by CLOUDIT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Client records processed under an engagement are handled per the applicable service agreement and our Security & Compliance practices. Nothing on this Site transfers ownership of your data to us.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLOUDIT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLOUDIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to client engagements, which are governed by their service agreements.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services (for example, our scheduling provider). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
