We are always looking to find experts in the following areas:

Responsability

  • Administering all accounting and bookkeeping tasks while maintaining high-quality documentation processes.
  • Managing sales tax submissions and reporting.
  • Overseeing payroll administration and budgeting.
  • Reconciling bank statements for cash and income accounts.
  • Maintaining clients’ business information on automated systems and generating business analytics.
  • Forecasting budget requirements, updating journal
  • Qualification: entries, and preparing audit reports.
  • Preparing financial statements and other reports.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Accounting and
  •  Qualified CPA/CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 year sof work experience.
  • Additionalcertifications in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
  • Candidates undergo 60 hours of in-house training.
  • They must pass a written test and a ractical software test.

  • Experience with tax software.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping rules and standards.
  • Ability to review financial statements. Competence in depreciation and amortization calculations.
  • Familiarity with federal and state tax applications.
  • Payroll administration skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial reporting standards as per US-GAAP.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Accounting and Qualified CPA/CA/
    EA/MBA (Finance)/ ACCA.
  • Minimum six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Additional certifications in various accounting and tax software.
  • Preferably, the Big 4’s experience.
  • Candidates undergo 90 hours of in-house training.
  • They must pass a written test and a practical software test.

Responsability

  • Manage emails, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Manage Inbound calls.
  • Newsletter postings Leads Generation postings
    Manage financial records, reports, and tax documents.
  • Support payroll processing and compliance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero,
    etc.) and CRM tools.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in English /Mass Communication.
  • Experience Accounting, Finance, or related field
    (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software & MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
