Our team backs up the entire platform multiple times per day. We have a strong process in place to take care of all hiccups (big and small) and our average response time is less than 10 hours.

No, it won’t. In fact, when you take the steps to fully White Label your account, your clients will never see anything that refers to the CLOUDIT App.

Our solution is completely white label, even on our least expensive plan. Everything your clients experience in your client portal will be using your logo and branding. We also include a White Label Mobile App with your branding for free!

The onboarding process at CLOUDIT typically takes between 0-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and specific needs of your business. We aim to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible.

You will meet your dedicated account manager at the beginning of the onboarding process. They will guide you through each step and remain your primary point of contact thereafter.
During onboarding, we may require certain information and documents from you, such as financial records, business plans, and access to existing accounting systems. Your active participation in initial meetings and discussions will also be essential to tailor our services effectively to your needs.
  • How much time should I expect to dedicate to the onboarding process?
     

    The time required from you during onboarding varies, but we strive to minimize the impact on your schedule. Typically, a few hours spread over the course of the onboarding period should be sufficient for discussions and information-sharing.
